6. Can I upgrade my account at any time?
Yes. To upgrade/downgrade your account, please email us at support@netlinecorp.com.
7. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do not require our clients to sign a contract, but all clients are required to agree to our Terms of Service.
8. What happens if I go over my bandwidth?
When you are getting close to your bandwidth amount, we will contact and let you know. You can then decide if you want to upgrade your account, or want to pay for extra bandwidth.
9. How much does additional bandwidth cost?
Additional bandwidth costs $2 dollars per every Gigabyte, per month.
10. What happens if you upgrade plans after I have ordered?
If we upgrade plans after you ordered, your account will not be touched. That means that if we raise the price, your price will still be what you first ordered it. However, when you renew your package OR order another package, you will be charged the current fee. Normally, our prices go down when changes are needed.
11. Can I have more than one domain under one account?
No, we currently do not offer this option.
12. Do you do parked domains ?
Yes, you can have up to 10 parked domains on any account.
13. Can I have subdomains off my domain name?
No. Your subdomains must be inside your domain name.
14. Can I register a domain with you? Will you register it for me?
Yes, we can register your domain for you for a charge of $9.99 (.com, .net, .org) and $2.99 (.info). We will register the domain name for you and list you as the owner.

15. Do you allow php scripts?
Yes we do allow php scripts. Currently we support Php4.
16. Do you allow CGI scripts?
Yes we do allow CGI Scripts. Place the scripts in your cgi-bin outside the httpdoc folder.
17. Do you allow ASP Scripts?
No, our plans do NOT come with ASP.
18. Do you support MySQL?
Yes we do support MySQL. MySQL is included with all of the plans. Number of databases allowed, depends on plan
19. Do you support Frontpage extensions?
Yes, we do provide frontpage 2000 extensions for those clients who use frontpage at no extra cost, available for all of the plans. To have this feature turned on, just open a ticket with your requeriment.
20. Do I get a control panel? Is there a user's guide?
Yes you do get a control panel. It's interface is very easy to use and understand. You can download a full manual here.
21. Can I host a Warez or Adult site?
No! We do NOT accept Warez or Adult sites!
22. Do you allow MP3 sites?
No.
23. Do you allow IRC Channels/Bots/Clients?
No. Any client caught running a IRC Channel/bot/client on our servers will have their account terminated.
24. Do you allow chatrooms?
Yes, but be warned...chatrooms can hog massive bandwidth and cpu resources.
25. Will you install a CGI/PHP script for me?
